The sporadic to densely covered timbered grazing land is located only 50 miles north of Gillette, Wyoming and can be access year-round from Bitter Creek Road, a maintained county road. The ranch has historically benefitted from coalbed methane production and as a result there is a mix of single-phase and three-phase electrical power available. This area is well-known for its big game hunting and the ranch supports populations of elk, mule deer, whitetail deer, and antelope.
